This meal tastes as good as any burger you’ll ever eat, but is really low in fat and even comes with some potato wedges. It takes next to no time to prepare, and is great on the barbecue…

Take handfuls of the mixture and form into patties
-
Cook on a grill or barbecue for 15-20 minutes each side, making sure they are cooked all the way through
-
Towards the end of the cooking time, add the burger buns to the barbecue and lightly toast them
-
Serve the burgers in the buns with a good handful of salad leaves and some sliced tomatoes, with a side order of potato wedges

Mm looks good – I’m going to have to try that next time my family is grilling out.. so I don’t have to face the temptation of greasy beef burgers and potato salad!

I made them again yesterday with extra lean steak mince. They were good too!
